DAVId roisland

David is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, has a Bsc in Maritime Business and Law from Plymouth University, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance at Cass Business School in London.

He has a deep passion for the maritime industries, and has since 2006 built his career working for companies involved with Ship Management, Shipbroking and Shipowning. He has been involved in crew management, ship sale and purchase, and chartering, and truly enjoys the people aspect of the global shipping industry. He is currently enhancing his skills within global trade, shipping finance and shipping strategy, as part of his MSc studies. However, his main specialties are maritime operations, business development and contract negotiations.
